Tennis is back for 2026!

After a break over Christmas and New Year, we’re excited to announce that tennis will be starting again this Thursday!

⏰ Arrive anytime from 6:30pm
🎾 Tennis starts at 7:00pm

Please note: dinner won’t be supplied this week, so come fed and ready to play 😄

🎾 What an incredible day at the Wannamal Tennis Club!

This event would not have been possible without the ongoing grant program available through Tennis West, supported by Healthway and Fuel to Go & Play.

Thank you to everyone who joined us - players, supporters, families and our wider community. With 18 teams across 3 grades, we saw fantastic tennis from start to finish.

In B Grade, last year’s champions were knocked off the throne in a hard-fought battle, proving just how strong the competition has become.

A Reserve saw the reigning champions return and defend their title once again. An impressive effort!

And in A Grade, a new pair travelled all the way from Rockingham to take out the top spot, showing that Wannamal tennis is attracting talent from far and wide.

Here’s what you need to know:

💰 Entry: $25 per person (includes lunch and afternoon tea)
🎟️ Raffle tickets: $2 each or 3 for $5 - great prizes up for grabs!

Thanks to everyone who came along to our Fuel to Go & Play Opening Night on Thursday! 🎾

The opening night would not have been possible without the ongoing grant program available through Tennis West, supported by Healthway and Fuel to Go & Play.

Awesome turnout and a fun night on and off the court! 👏 thank you to Donna and Glenn for organising/cooking the meat and everyone that came along, brought a delicious salad, and made the night a big success.

Social tennis is on every Thursday night for the rest of the year! Dinner at 6:30PM, Tennis from 7PM. Come down, have a hit and join in the fun!
