It is with a heavy heart that we announce the closure of our beautiful community. With circumstances out of my control, we have had to make the extremely tough and difficult decision to close the gym down.
After 8 and a half years and growing this community into what is an extended family, the times we have all had together will never be forgotten.
HIIT shed has been a baby that has grown, evolved, expanded and become the beautiful place to train that it is today. I have been blessed to see all of this through the years.
Doors will be closing in a couple of weeks. Exact date to be announced!
I thank you all humbly from the bottom of my heart for supporting my dream over the years!! It’s bloody sad to say goodbye!!
I will however be maintaining an online presence and conducting personal training programs for online clients. We will be reaching out to our PT clients to see what we can work out with them going forward also.
