Nutrition, whatever your health and/or fitness goal is, is extremely important.
You could be doing all the right things in the gym, have perfect lifting techniques, a perfect program, and still not be getting the results you want.
Why?
Because you’re not eating for your goals.
You could also be doing all the right things calorie and macro wise, have the perfect targets and reaching them day to day.
BUT if you’re not fuelling your body with the right nutrients then you are also going to become stuck.
We need enough of each essential vitamins and minerals just for our body to complete basic functions to stay alive.
Our gut health is also important and plays a role in how well we digest our foods and ability to absorb these essential nutrients for our body to use.
Poor nutrition can lead to many things. Getting run down, sick, tired, bad gut health or even developing stomach ulcers, kidney stones and more.
