Role: Bouldering Gym Staff
Hours: Min. 8/week • Flexible
Must Have:
✅ 18+
✅ WWCC
✅ First Aid & CPR
✅ Climbing experience
✅ Confidence learning a POS system
Bonus Points:
⭐ Experience with kids or youth squads
⭐ Keen to help coach or support youth training
You’ll be helping with reception, inductions, customer support, and keeping our space clean, safe + welcoming.

Super excited to be hosting a competition specific workshop for all Youth Climbers in Junior, Youth A/B/C/D and X categories.
The topic is ‘Take the Risk’ where we’ll be talking about strategy in reducing attempts and increasing success on boulders. We’ll discuss, make personal strategies and test said strategies in two seperate comp simulations, alongside having a blast and living climbing for a day!
Can’t wait to see everyone there!
Spaces are very limited due to time constraints in running World Cup Format Simulations so be sure to get in early.
