Mindset Monday: Keiko, practice/training and commitment. How much do you want to improve your health and well-being, and your life? How much do you want to improve your Aikido?

Consistent practice on the mats will get you there. It's not about the belt around your waist, it's about how you feel when you practice and connect with others in the dojo.

If you are sincere about improving your Aikido technique then you must put the time and effort in at the dojo.

Simple really.

📢 WA DAY PUBLIC HOLIDAY NOTICE

Please note that West Coast Aikido will be CLOSED on Monday 1 June for the WA Day Public Holiday.

There will be no classes running on this day.

🥋 Classes will resume as normal on Tuesday 2 June.

We hope all our students and families enjoy a safe and relaxing long weekend, and we look forward to seeing everyone back on the mats soon! 😊

Balance ⚖️
Awareness 👀
And how to stay calm when things don't go according to plan 🧠

The amazing thing is that these lessons don't stay on the mats.

They follow you into work. 💼

Into difficult conversations. 🤝

Into everyday life. 🌱

Whether you're 18 or 68, it's never too late to start learning, improving, and discovering what you're capable of.

The hardest part isn't the training.

It's walking through the door for the first time.
