We spent $184,300 a year on content.
So the output has to keep improving otherwise, we're just wasting money.
That’s why we built a weekly review process.
1️⃣ Measure everything
Pull every piece into one spreadsheet:
Likes, comments, shares, saves, reach, and engagement.
You can’t improve what you don’t measure.
2️⃣ Score the content
Rate the things that actually drive performance:
Hook, visuals, sound, content, payoff, story and realisation.
Each gets a score out of 10.
3️⃣ Review and improve
Every week, we look at what worked, what didn’t and what we’d change next time.
The biggest improvement doesn’t come from producing more.
It comes from reviewing harder.
This works whether you’re a solo creator or have a full media team.
Content, ads, sales calls, onboarding, delivery — whatever you're doing:
Measure it. Review it. Improve it.
One iteration at a time. 🔥
