Kristy, owner of KP Exercise & Fitness, has a background in Exercise & Sport Science and is currently studying her Masters in Strength & Conditioning. She is very passionate about exercise & fitness and wants to share that passion and knowledge with others. However! Not to worry, we still have plenty of classes operating over this period in both the gym and pole studio✨️

Gym goers can book directly, polers can book via the groovio app from TOMORROW! We also have a pole holiday membership so you can make the most out of the classes!

This week was our 10th birthday!

What a ride it has been!

Starting out with a very small PT area, 4 poles and a hope it would all work out. Through the years growing our wonderful KP community, a pandemic full of closures, building our amazing KP instructor team, expanding our studio space, offering more services and our retreat room, starting a family and meeting so many incredible people along the way!

Thank you to absolutely everyone who has been a part of the KP journey so far, your support means the world.

We look forward to what the future brings for us and our incredible KP community ❤️❤️❤️

Update on Training for Toby outcome!

Thank you SO MUCH to everyone that was involved behind the scenes, local businesses who donated wonderful prizes and every single one of you who came along to Training for Toby!

We had a wonderful day of fun and a total of $1750 was raised in just a few short hours.

🧡✈️The best news however!! Toby, along with his wonderful parents Claire & Nathan have made it over to London to get Toby the radiotherapy he needs. ✈️🧡

We are sending all our love and support to them whilst they navigate this next step for Toby🧡🧡
