Beyond excited now - it's been a looong time coming.

Please don't let my absence effect your yoga practice - all yoga is good yoga -sometimes its change that we find hard, and you know how I feel about auto pilot. Mixing it up is good for us! I look forward to my first class in Arabic!!

It's been an amazing 8 years, but if there is one thing Yoga teaches us, it is that change is good. I am going exploring and might once in awhile post to social media about my yoga practice in exotic locations and foreign languages.
I'd love to share this last practice with you. A Yin class with a difference.
