Hi everyone. We have decided to open tomorrow from 10-2 as our last official trading day.

We still have a lot of scooter related stock and cycling gear, parts and accessories and tyres.

There are now approximately only 20 bikes left in stock. All bar 2 of them are in boxes. Assembly can no longer be provided as we won’t have the time to do so and there is a backlog of bikes already requiring builds that need to be completed.

If you have already purchased a bike that was due to be built , and have not come in to collect it, or have not been contacted, please contact us and be assured that we will complete the build asap.

And thank you so much to the Wallsend and greater cycling and scooter sports community. The many messages of support and the many people that have stopped in to say hi and goodbye , sharing memories of how some of you have been affected and have good memories of the store have been touching to me personally and have helped make what is frankly a hard process to shut up shop and close the business be filled with some warmth and not only stress and sadness.

📞 Phone Issues Update

Dear customers

After many years I have had to come to the difficult decision to close Morgan Bikes. The rising costs of everything from freight costs through to insurances and all the other costs of running a small business have long been difficult to absorb. Changes in market conditions over time, including challenges such as having to compete with large chain stores, and online selling direct to public have meant we simply cannot afford to compete any longer.

I want to thank many of you for you loyal support and patronage over the past 14 years. Our last day of operation will be Friday 10th of April. Any outstanding orders will be fulfilled, however no further orders for stock are planned.

For questions regarding open orders or booked in repairs please contact the store.
