We are thinking about starting a Seniors Karate Class for (60+) on a Wednesday morning starting 10.30am till 11.30am, to be honest I'm not sure if there would be an interest but who knows till we give it a try, this may benefit Wallerawang and the broader Lithgow area, nothing crazy slow purposeful movement, light stretching and flow movement, self defence again practical useful concepts, this program will grow with the participants in the group and very much case by case, please call 📞 Colin on 0403167124 if anyone would be interested.
