Fitness by Jess Jess Duncan is a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness instructor from the Wallan/Kilmore area.

at loss, strength and personalized programming, ensuring everyone's sessions are tailored specifically for their goals. Training sessions can be done through Totally Fit Gym in Wallan, from the privacy of your own home or even in a local park. Jess also specialized in a wide range of Group Fitness sessions including HIIT, Kettlebells, Barbells, Cardio Boxing, Bootcamps, the incredibly fun and effective B***y training and even Childrens Bootcamps. All training sessions focus on being fun, challenging yet achievable with the aim to keep sessions enjoyable so people want to keep coming back and are able to achieve their personal goals.

With the extension of the current lockdown I will be opening up my Online Challenge Sessions to anyone else now wanting to join in on a week by week basis.

Current 6 Week Challengers will also be able to continue sessions on a weekly basis from the 23rd of August.

You will have the option to:

- Recieve 3 Saved Sessions emailed weekly $10 per week.

- Receive the small Starter Pack of 15 Saved Sessions
(Hiit Pack, Strength Pack or Mixed Pack) $45

- Recieve the Mega Pack of 40 Saved Mixed Sessions.l $100

- Sign up for a weekly membership with access to all Live Sessions as well as receiving all 9 weekly sessions saved sessions emailed to do in your own time $20 per week

- Sign up to join in as a 6 Week Challenge with full access to all Live sessions, weekly saves aa well as the Fitness by Jess recipe guide and a Daily Goal Checklist $30 per week or $180 once off.

All online sessions are easy to follow and use minimal to no equipment. Hand weights and a b***y band are recommended but can be made using things easily found around the home.

Join any time. 1 week notice will be required for direct debit cancellations (minimum 2 week membership)

Live sessions are strictly ladies online but saved sessions are available to all.

The Fitness by Jess Ultimate 6 Week Home Challenge Starts Monday!!!

The challenge is specifically designed to keep you motivated, accountable and connected during the next 6 weeks of lockdown and will include:

- Morning and Evening Live Workout sessions via Zoom that will be saved for 24hrs

- Recipe Guide that includes all main meals and snacks

- Home Workout Plans that can be done with little to no equipment for those who prefer to do a bit more on their own

- Macros and Calorie Information Guide

- Option to include a weekly 1-on-1 Private PT Session via Zoom

- Daily Health Challenges

Paid in Full or Direct Debit Options available. Minimum number of participants required for challenge to go ahead.
