Our 6 Week Introductory Program for children aged 3–7 years is a fun and supportive way to discover everything calisthenics has to offer.

Over six weeks, children will experience the wonderful mix of dance, gymnastics, ballet, singing and performance that makes calisthenics so unique, while building confidence, learning new skills and making new friends. 💜

💜 A SPECIAL HONOUR FOR OUR JUNIORS ✨

What an incredible competition for our Junior Diamonds! Alongside their amazing clean sweep of 1st place in every routine at the Westside Calisthenics Competition, they were also honoured to receive the Gloria Mason Award for their 1st place March performance. 🏆✨

The Gloria Mason Award is presented to one winning item at each Westside Junior competition and commemorates the contribution of Gloria Mason, one of Westside’s Life Members, who dedicated many years of service and support to Westside and the wider calisthenics community.

As part of this special recognition, every member of the team received a medal to commemorate the achievement. 💜

To have our Diamonds’ March selected for this award makes an already incredible competition day even more memorable.

Congratulations to our Junior Diamonds and their coaches on this very special achievement!

💜 WHAT A WEEKEND FOR HVCT! ✨

An incredible weekend of competition for our Sub Juniors, Juniors and Intermediates, with fantastic performances and results across all three sections!

🏆 SUB JUNIORS — AGGREGATE WINNERS
Our Sub Juniors had an amazing day at the Coastside Calisthenics Competition, with our White Gems achieving an incredible five 1st places across their six routines! Our Wild Berries also put in some wonderful performances and results. 💜

🏆 JUNIORS — AGGREGATE WINNERS
Another outstanding competition for our Juniors at the Westside Calisthenics Competition, with our Diamonds achieving a clean sweep — 1st place in every single routine! 💎✨ Our Sapphires also performed beautifully and achieved some fantastic results.

💜 INTERMEDIATES
Our Intermediates also took to the stage at the Westside Calisthenics Competition on Sunday and represented HVCT beautifully, putting together another strong day of performances.

We are incredibly proud of every performer who stepped onto the stage this weekend. The results are fantastic, but even better is seeing the teamwork, confidence, commitment and support for one another that goes into every performance. 💜

A huge congratulations to our performers, coaches and everyone behind the scenes who helped make the weekend such a success.

The weekend threw plenty our way, with some performers away, others pushing through illness and unexpected wardrobe malfunctions along the way. But there was so much to celebrate. Our teams handled every challenge with composure, supported one another and performed with confidence from start to finish.

We are incredibly proud of the resilience, teamwork and commitment shown by every performer, coach and volunteer throughout the weekend.
