Seaham Bowthorne Football Club SBFC has been a proud part of the local community since its establishment in 1999.

We are a family-focused club that provides football opportunities for players of all ages and abilities, ranging from 5 years old right through to 60+.

This Motherโ€™s Day, during Female Football Week, weโ€™re celebrating the amazing mums, mother figures, and special female bonds that make our football community so special.

From sideline supporters and team managers, to players, coaches, committee members and everything in between, SBFC wouldnโ€™t be the same without the incredible women who give their time, energy, and heart to the game.

Today feels extra fitting to celebrate this beautiful mother and daughter duo, Jen and Hazel, sharing their love of football both on and off the field.

Our Miniroos might have had a break last weekend, but our mighty u17โ€™s forged on! They played alongside the beach in the beautiful, sunny (and windy!) Stockton and had a cracker of a game!

Jack was voted Player of the Week by his teammates and it was definitely well deserved!
