Walkaway Tennis Club We're a family friendly club, catering for all skill levels (it's all about a bit of fun) at the Wal The focus of our club is tennis, socialising and community!

We welcome players of all skill levels from novice to Novak (haven't seen him there yet) - our members enjoy opportunities to either learn from or give some guidance to others, often both during the same game! Our regular playing season typically runs from October to March, but the courts are available (free to members and for a reasonable fee to the general public) year-round - call or email us f

or details! During the season, we play most weekends on either a Saturday or Sunday, with (mostly doubles) games timed at ~20 minutes each. The fixtures are posted on this page, or you're welcome to call or email us for info. With 5 courts available, there's plenty of court time to be had over an afternoon session, and plenty of opportunity to enjoy a bit of a rest or a chat over a hot or cold drink from our licensed bar. With shady verandas and a patio girt by grass, it's a pretty good spot on a warm afternoon/evening. The community? The tennis and socialising makes it.

Looks like a breezier day than usual forecast for this Saturday's scheduled tennis wind-up...

All jokes aside, the fixture planned for the weekend has been cancelled due to likely severe weather on the day. We'll work out when best to hold it instead, considering Easter, etc., and let you all know!
