Intro to Flow Tracks Session is for confident riders wanting to learn to ride a flow track safely and begin to gain some speed on the track.
The session primarily targets those who have not ridden on a flow track before and Intermediate or near-intermediate-level cross-country riders lacking confidence in a flow track.

Skills learned will include:

Body position
Riding berms & Line Choice
Trail Awareness
Bike handling for more speed
Descending
Small jump/wheel lifts/tabletops

Mandatory Equipment:
A well-maintained MTB suitable for singletrack
A well-fitted MTBfull-face helmet
Gloves

Recommended Equipment
Knee and elbow pads
Back protector

Had such a great time on the bike today. A little more than 9 months since we relocated to the big island 🇦🇺. It’s been a hell of ride; for the best! Finally getting back into a proper routine! Some more (not as big) changes to come… stay tuned
