Charlie had a good win yesterday for the Downtown Boxing team,TKO in the first round when his opponent failed to come out for the second round. Getting stronger and better everytime. Great work Charlie.

was great to see all the local boxing clubs working together to help improve the boxers last weekend. Thanks to Adam Nahal (boxing Aust) the Mulwala boxing gym and the Numerkah boxing Gym. Looking forward to another get together for some sparring.

This is true.
I was reading the other day about how the point when it really hurts, is the time when you are building strength and really gaining benefit. I was out running some trails with a girlfriend last week. As we ran the hills and felt the pain, we motivated ourselves by the fact that at this point we were actually strengthening ourselves. That was all we needed to keep us going.....
