💚 Movement is a gift that we should never take for granted.
After everything my body has been through — the battles, recovery, exhaustion, the healing it’s still fighting to achieve — I’ve learned that being able to move isn’t something to tick off a list… it’s something to appreciate.
I don’t exercise because I have to. I move because I can. Because every squat, stretch, or sweaty sesh reminds me of how incredible my body is and how good it feels to be able to move it at all.
If you’ve been waiting for a sign to start, this is it. Let’s move this week. Not out of guilt or pressure, but out of gratitude.
Wake up, move your body, and honour your strength — one morning at a time. You don’t have to be perfect. You just have to show up.
