🏁 JUNIOR DAY THIS WEEKEND – VOLUNTEERS NEEDED 🏁

Good afternoon GSKC members,

This weekend we have our Junior Day meeting, with all other classes also racing. The weather forecast is looking great and we’re set for a fantastic day of racing.

However, we are still needing volunteers to help make the day run smoothly.

We currently require:

🔹 2–3 Canteen Helpers
🔹 2–3 Tower Helpers (assisting Sally)
🔹 1 Out Grid Official
🔹 1 In Grid Official
🔹 2 Drivers Representatives
🔹 2 Water Ute Helpers
🔹 3 First Aiders
🔹 2–3 Scrutineers

Current Officials
🏁 Starter – Leo
🏁 Chief Steward – Kai

Meeting Schedule

🕤 Sign In & Scrutineering: 9:30am – 11:00am

Classes to be scrutineered before 11:00am:
• Rookies
• Junior Light
• Junior Heavy
• Midgets
• All Probationary Drivers

All other classes will be self-scrutineering.

🕚 Officials Briefing: 11:15am
(Chief Steward, Starter, Drivers Reps, In Grid, Out Grid and First Aiders)

🕦 Drivers Briefing: 11:45am

🏁 Racing Starts: 12:00pm

Our club can only operate with the support of our members and families. If you can help in any capacity, even for part of the day, please let us know.

The Great Southern Kart Club is looking for food truck vendors to be part of our 2026 WA State Titles Presentation Evening! 🏁

This will be a huge night celebrating the WA State Title winners, with competitors, families, supporters, officials, and guests all coming together for the event.
