Hi everyone
How we all doing out there.
More restrictions placed on us last night. Getting real now.

So an update in training out of my home.
It's not allowed either. Would love to do it but maintaining 1.5m distance from you doing pad work inside or outside is impossibe. As well as other issues now it's not worth the fines that are in place. Since 95% of my clients are pad work that the issue.

So I guess I can make myself available to just have a chat with you need someone to talk to. Anyone I train or even if you don't train with me. I love a chat. About anything you need. Free

If you want a workout sent to you privately. With instructions on technique and form via video. Can do
Boxing bag work
Thai boxing bag work
Kettlebells or both combined
Depending on what you have at home
For a small fee. Now i am out of work at the moment 😕

So that's it for now at the gym. Tony and I are forced to close as of today. It's not ideal but we all must play our part to get rid of this Virus.
To all clients/Friends training is postponed til further notice. Sorry.

I am thinking of turning a area at home to accommodate anyone who wants to keep training. Hopefully that works out in the next few days and I will let you all know and give you a option.

Other wise please stay safe and healthy.
And this will hopefully be all over soon

I don't post much on my page any more but feel the need to touch base in this current time.
As I don't own the lease any more but still operate full time out of this premise
I want all clients, students and instructors to know that I have accelerated the cleaning and hygiene of the gym to ensure a safe as can be premise during this time. My nostril hairs even smell like bleach.

All sessions under myself are still on and we can punch and kick through this.
However if you feel unwell in anyway please notify me and take care of yourself and others by doing the right thing. I value your health and so should you.
With all that said I will see you Monday

Matt Brunt Got the W tonight in his first fight. Unanimous decision. Kept his range with long hard body kicks and work his hands into the clinch when he had the advantage. Great fight by both lads.
Big thanks to his training partner Rick Judd for his support and Stephen Combs. Also all the sparring partners from High tone gym.

I am back at the gym from Monday 13th January. Very keen to start again. Hope you all are as well.
