The Riverina Bulls are calling for expressions of interest to trial for our Regional Lisa Fiola Cup Academy for Under 17’s Girls Rugby League (Tackle). 🐂🏉

The academy will run training sessions throughout November, December and January leading up to the start of the competition in February. This program requires commitment but will significantly develop players rugby league skills.

Trials will be held on Saturday, 26th October in Wagga Wagga. More details will be confirmed closer to the date.

Just a reminder check-in for Fair Cup will close later today at 4pm. It’s our final round of Fair Cup for the year so would be great to have as many girls as possible sign up for a game even if you have been unavailable over the previous weeks.

Thank you to those who checked in for tomorrow's Fair Cup.

Unfortunately, we didn’t quite have enough U17’s check in for a match, so we have cancelled the U17’s match tomorrow. We would rather make the call now than have you all travel to Wagga and be too short for a game. Apologies to those who did register their interest; we will go out again to check in for next week and hopefully have better numbers.

The U15’s game is going ahead. We saw more numbers register for the U15’s this week, but we will still run with one game. It will be 13 a side with full benches, so the games will be 30-minute halves.

The schedule for tomorrow night is below:

4:30 – 5:00 PM – Check-in

5:00 – 5:30 – Warm-Up

5:30 – Kick-Off

6:00 – Half-time

6:35 – Full-time

Also the canteen will not be open!

We hope everyone has been enjoying the Fair Cup so far. We have two weeks remaining, with games scheduled for this Friday, 26/7/24, and Friday, 2/8/2024.

To help in planning for this Friday’s game, we have changed our process and created a weekly check-in to see availability for this Friday. This should help in determining who is and isn’t available and assist in planning teams and games.

The Fair Cup is back for Round 2 this Friday Night, with the U17’s joining us this week at McDonald’s Park

4.00-4.30 - Under 15s Check In
4.30 - 4.55 - Warm up and Jersey Collection
5.00 - First Game Under 15s
5.50 - Second Game Under 15s
5.30 - 6 - Under 17s check in
6.40 - First Game Under 17s

Remember if you are Travelling please don't stress if you can't get here on time. We will just put you in the second game not the first.
