Hi Everyone,
I hope our normal way of life is starting to settle in. Tonight we would normally be seeing each other at our class; due to the restrictions in place that is not possible.
We are crossing all our fingers and toes that we will be back in the dojang sooner rather than later.
In the mean time let’s keep up with our training, here are a few things you can do at home:
🤜Our usual warm up (try getting your parents to join in) or create or own warm up with some of your favourite exercises e.g. skipping, jogging, or star jumps
🤜Stretching and strength poses
🤜Run through all your patterns, maybe even film yourself and send them through to me.
🤜Sparring drills in your back yard
🤜Self defence; again you can use your family for this. Might give you the chance to teach your family some moves.
🤜YouTube can be very helpful; search ITF Taekwon-Do world championships Patterns or Sparrin or self-defence
I would love to see how your training is going, please send me any videos of how you are going and I can offer some instructions.
