Introduction to Refereeing in Southern Inland.

Sunday 12 July

9:30 - 3:00pm

This introductory session supports clubs to ensure they have referees available to support CTA's

It is a non accredited course that builds a basic level of understanding how to referee.

This session will also support junior parents and players to referee gala days across our region.

All senior and junior clubs welcome

(Note completion of the accredited online SMART rugby course is a Rugby AU compulsory requirement to referee)

Round 10 of the Southern Inland Rugby Union competition sees games in Albury, Wagga Wagga & Griffith tonight and tomorrow, kicking off with the Griffith Blacks Rugby facing Leeton Phantoms Rugby Union Club NSW & Hay Cutters Rugby Union Club tonight. The action moves to Albury with Albury Wodonga Rugby Union Football Club hosting Tumut Bulls Rugby, and then two fixtures in Wagga with Wagga Wagga Reddies Rugby Club hosting Wac Rah-Rah and Wagga City Rugby Club clashing with Wagga Wagga Waratahs Rugby Club (and WAC in 3rds). With such a full round, it's great to have a full complement of referees on deck. See you out on the paddock!!!

Round 9 in the Southern Inland Rugby Union competition sees Griffith Blacks Rugby Union at home to Wagga Reddies, Steamers | Albury Wodonga Rugby Union FC welcoming Wac Rah-Rah, Hay taking on Wagga City • Boiled Lollies and Tumut Bulls hosting Wagga Waratahs. Our officials are ready to get out there and watch local Rugby from the best seat in the house!

SIRRA was well represented today at Conolly Rugby Park and the Brumbies Provincial Championship games. Congratulations to Simon Baxter for refereeing a great Southern Inland Rugby Union vs Monaro game, supported well by AR1 Chris Bryant and AR2 Vince Hellier.
