Maintaining Our Independence is something that we value highly as we age.
Being able to confidently get up from a chair, walk safely, climb stairs, carry groceries , staying active for grandchildren & travel relies on a combination of strength, balance, mobility & coordination.
That’s why we practice exercises like the tandem walk in class. While it may look simple, it challenges balance & helps support confidence in everyday activities that we continue to enjoy. 😊
