Shinwa-Kai Karate Club Australia Inc. Karate classes by qualified coaches under National Coaching Accreditation Scheme certification, First Aid trained and having Working With Children Check.

Shinwa-Kai Karate Club is a non-profit organisation which aims to provide a program of sports karate, catering to a diverse age and physical abilities. The Club promotes and teaches students in the 'Sh*toryu' style of karate, as well as preparing the students for competitions in accordance to the rules and regulations set by the World Karate Federation (WKF).

How to improve on giving instructions if the students couldn't follow ?
Notice the student had to look at the instructor's feet on the ground and then look up to look at her to see the kicking technique. For junior students, they need to learn just the foot work with the ladder first. Once they've mastered that then they can proceed to add the kicks to the drill exercise.
