Barefoot Boxing is a not for profit boxing gym that offers training and support to all members of the Wagga Wagga Community in a supportive environment. is run by a contribution fee from the participants and the sponsors. All contribution fees are used to help cover the costs involved in the club and are put directly back into club activities or equipment.

Short schedule this week.

Monday and Wednesday nights only and both are skills/fitness/ partner work. No sparring this week.

Kids 5pm start Mondays. $10 cash

Quiet week last week but we kept busy and followed it up with a sparring trip to Fightsmith gym in the ACT. Thanks heaps to Jay, Dimi and the team.
Also thanks go to Ikenna for the quality rounds.

Gym sessions Monday, and Wednesday nights.
Start 6:15 Finish time 7:30 be here ready to go by 6:10 pm
$10 cash per session

The construction of the bike track past the gym is complete and it is now sign posted as a bike lane and parking is prohibited.

Parking is available in the paddock just past the gym.

New members are welcome to join a great bunch of people and train.

(Private sessions are as per arranged).

Wednesday- fitness , skils and partner work .

Doors open 5:45pm for 6:15 pm start. The doors will be shut and no entry after 6:10 this is due to people still not being ready to go on time.

If you arrive after 6:10 don’t bother knocking your too late, go home. No exceptions

If you are still not đź’Ż ready to go at 6:15 you have a choice, sit and watch or go home. Your lack of discipline has won you a night off. You will not be doing your own thing in the background.

Start means start, wraps on, toilet trips done, talking s**t to each other finished and ready to go! Discipline in the ring starts with the discipline in the gym.

Remember to Pay the $10 contribution as you enter.

Must have own gloves and hand wraps.

Some merchandise still available-
Hand wraps $10.
16oz Morgan gloves $90
Team shirts can made to order $30 or $35 with name on the back.

Team hoodies made to order.
kids sizes $55
Adult sizes $60

Note: All 3 sessions are important to the training and prep for fights. Feel free to dodge sessions but don’t expect me to take you for sparring or nominate you for fights. If you don’t train you don’t get my extra time.

Another good week of training last week. Heaps of progress in our rear movement!

Finished off with a trip to Melbourne for some quality sparring for Regarn against our good friend Adrian Paoletti. Thanks heaps to Adrian and the team at Peninsula Boxing Club. What an Awesome team to work with!!!

Thankyou to Pete and Bede for keeping the regular sprint session going in our absence, very much appreciated.
