Normal schedule this week, no day off for the public holiday and no penalty rates in fees haha
Another good week of training last week. Some more new people joining the team and fitting in perfectly!!

Kids 5pm start Mondays. $10 cash
schedule this week all three night sessions and then sprints 4:30 pm sharp next Sunday.
Gym sessions Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights.
Start 6:15 Finish time 7:30 be here ready to go by 6:10 pm
$10 cash per session
The construction of the bike track past the gym is complete and it is now sign posted as a bike lane and parking is prohibited.
Parking is available in the paddock just past the gym.
New members are welcome to join a great bunch of people and train.
(Private sessions are as per arranged).
Monday , fitness, or skills and partner work.
Tuesday- fitness , skils and partner work .
Wednesday -sparring , touch sparring , controlled or task sparring or padwork . Depending on individual stages of development and/or preparation for an event .
Doors open 5:45pm for 6:15 pm start. The doors will be shut and no entry after 6:10 this is due to people still not being ready to go on time.
If you arrive after 6:10 don’t bother knocking your too late, go home. No exceptions
If you are still not đź’Ż ready to go at 6:15 you have a choice, sit and watch or go home. Your lack of discipline has won you a night off. You will not be doing your own thing in the background.
Start means start, wraps on, toilet trips done, talking s**t to each other finished and ready to go! Discipline in the ring starts with the discipline in the gym.
Remember to Pay the $10 contribution as you enter.
Must have own gloves and hand wraps.

Note: All 3 sessions are important to the training and prep for fights. Feel free to dodge sessions but don’t expect me to take you for sparring or nominate you for fights. If you don’t train you don’t get my extra time.
Remember the gym training is only part of the success formula, (road running, sprint training, shadow boxing with a purpose, healthy living and diet) are all necessary too. That’s on you, I can see if you are doing it or not, so don’t bulls**t me , more importantly don’t bulls**t yourself. It’s you in the ring.
