Today we were able to lock the doors and stop Aaron from escaping so our coaches had a chance to present him with his Volunteer Encouragement Award, for the Riverina Region.

Aaron is always so happy to put his hand up to help out wherever he can. From driving the bus to pick up clients, to working horses and helping out in classes. Aaron is always full of life and always has a smile on his face, he puts his singing skills to use when working with clients keeping them happy and engaged.

Thank you Aaron for donating your time and passion to our Centre, we truly appreciate you.

Some of our riders are so keen for our Regional Mounted Games next term that they have found new ways to practice at home.
Jacob will have no worries remembering the courses with all the training he is putting in.
A+ for thinking outside the box mate.

Today a few of our crew spent a chilly morning running canteen for a local farmers clearing sale.
While it was very foggy and got rather cool it was a good day.
Thank you to all who supported our centre and to our hard working RDA team.

Clients and volunteers please be aware of change to Plumpton Rd starting tomorrow.

** Plumpton Road lane closure **

Council advises residents and road users there will be changed traffic conditions on a section of Plumpton Road from tomorrow, Monday 11 May, as part of the upgrade of the corridor.

Works will be occurring in the road reserve between the Wagga Wagga Golf Course boundary fence and Plumpton Road for the next three weeks, weather pending.

The south-bound lane will be closed to traffic between Stirling Boulevard and Brindabella Drive between 7am and 6pm Monday to Friday, and 7am to 2pm Saturday (if required), to enable construction to continue safely.

Traffic signals will be operated manually, and traffic controllers will be managing queue lengths, buses, and emergency vehicles.

Council asks road users to be prepared to stop, follow all signage, reduce speed and stay alert for hazards and workers.

Outside of work hours both lanes will be open, with reduced speed zones in place.

Access to the golf club and any affected private properties will remain in place.

Stay up to date on lane closures and access via livetraffic.com

Winter has come early.
A very foggy start to the day. Thankfully our horses know their routine and come up for breakfast every morning, saving our caretaker going looking for them.
