Term 3 Registrations Now Open
Our 10 week Term 3 begins Tuesday 14 July and we’re looking forward to welcoming everyone back to The Yoga Hub.
Whether you’re returning for another term or thinking about trying Yoga, Barre or Pilates for the first time, we’d love to have you join us.
✨ What’s New This Term
New Saturday Vinyasa Yoga
We’re excited to welcome Lauren to The Yoga Hub!
Lauren will be teaching Vinyasa Yoga on Saturday mornings from 9:15–10:30 am.
This class is Beginner Friendly, making it the perfect opportunity if you’ve always wanted to try Vinyasa Yoga but weren’t sure where to start. You’ll learn the foundations of flowing from one pose to the next and build your confidence each week in a welcoming and supportive environment.
✨Tuesday Evening Yoga
You’ll also be seeing a little more of Willanna, who’ll be teaching our Tuesday evening Yoga class this term.
✨Barre Timetable Update
Our Wednesday Barre class has moved to 5:30–6:20 pm, so both Barre classes are now held at the same time each week:
* Wednesday – 5:30–6:20 pm
* Thursday – 5:30–6:20 pm
✨ Kellie’s Yin Yoga
Due to your feedback Kellie’s Thursday night Yin Yoga has been extended and will now run from 6:30–7:45 pm, giving you an extra 15 minutes to relax, unwind and enjoy an even longer practice.
✨Online Yoga Continues
I’ll continue teaching our live Monday Online Yoga classes. Join from the comfort of your own home, watch the replay if you can’t make the live session, or come into the studio and practise together on the big screen.

💳 Private Health Fund Claims Are Back!
Great news! Yoga classes are once again claimable through many private health funds when you have eligible extras cover.
As a Yoga Australia Registered Senior Teacher, I am a recognised provider with participating health funds, meaning you may be able to claim your Yoga classes.
Every health fund is different, so please check with your provider to confirm your level of cover and eligibility.
It’s wonderful to see Yoga recognised once again as an important part of supporting health and wellbeing.
We can’t wait to welcome everyone back for another fantastic term.
If you’ve been thinking about starting Yoga, Barre or Pilates, Term 3 is the perfect time to begin. Whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to get back into a regular routine, we’d love to welcome you to our community.
