ASCA LVL 1 Practical

I’ve done courses in the past, struggling to engage and focus on the content I was being taught. But when you are invested in improving your knowledge in a career that you really enjoy, it feels a lot easier to lock in on theory based teachings (something I’ve always struggled with since kindy 😅).

I’m really glad that I decided to do Australian S&C Association level 1 course Australian Institute of Sport | AIS on the weekend. I met some amazing people and some unreal coaches who were all passionate in their respective fields. Keen to show off my knowledge in my programming and techniques I’ve adopted within the gym 🧠

I’m all in .au 🙌🏼

Starting TOMORROW at 9am, I will be running a whole body strength class with a touch of mobility at Waggas newest wellness sanctuary.

In these classes I’m looking to bring a gentle, less intimidating approach to strength training as I feel it is one of the key pillars of longevity and should be accessible for everybody at whatever level they are at.

I’m so excited to work along the team at Epizo and embrace the community they’ve already created. I will still be working the majority of my time with PT’s, group classes and more but am excited to broaden my horizons and learn more from the experience I gain from Epizo 🫶🏼

The KHPA 2026 squad🔥

I’ve been training these High Potential Athletes every week on Wednesdays for the last year and a half and although they are already doing so much outside of school to improve their game, the KHPA Program is a pathway that teaches them the fundamentals of choosing professional sports as a career.

This is something I believe a lot of kids in schools would benefit from and Kooringal High School is leading the charge 💪
