I’m all in .au 🙌🏼

Starting TOMORROW at 9am, I will be running a whole body strength class with a touch of mobility at Waggas newest wellness sanctuary.

In these classes I’m looking to bring a gentle, less intimidating approach to strength training as I feel it is one of the key pillars of longevity and should be accessible for everybody at whatever level they are at.

I’m so excited to work along the team at Epizo and embrace the community they’ve already created. I will still be working the majority of my time with PT’s, group classes and more but am excited to broaden my horizons and learn more from the experience I gain from Epizo 🫶🏼

The KHPA 2026 squad🔥

I’ve been training these High Potential Athletes every week on Wednesdays for the last year and a half and although they are already doing so much outside of school to improve their game, the KHPA Program is a pathway that teaches them the fundamentals of choosing professional sports as a career.

This is something I believe a lot of kids in schools would benefit from and Kooringal High School is leading the charge 💪

Seeing reviews like this puts confidence in myself that I’m good at my job.

To deliver the best program I need to know you and your body, that’s why every two months I send a questionnaire to everyone I train, asking for their goals, new injuries or niggles, what they like or didn’t like about their program and what they think of their experience with me so far. Making this more personal is key into making programs individualised and personal.

Thanks to everyone who has filled in their 2026 goals (link in my bio if you haven’t already). I hope that I can help be apart of achieving them ✨

Christmas Holidays and New Years availability 🎄

Next week I’ll be available for PT’s on the Monday 21st and Tuesday 22nd.

This will be your last chance to train with me in 2025. The first day I’ll be back will be Monday the 5th of January where all reoccurring session times will be back to normal unless you’ve told me otherwise (so please let me know if you’ll be away 🙂

I hope everyone has a restful break and the best Christmas. Bring in the New year! 🎅

Day 7

Huge day yesterday thinking I’d have time to do my strength session but from 6am to 6pm I don’t think I had 5 minutes where I wasn’t talking with someone who was participating or supporting in the event. I ended up walking 16 laps just supporting those doing big efforts throughout the day and got uncomfortable again by getting in front of the camera and talking (not something I like doing 😅)

Today I had company with my upper workout shoutout to Bree, Nick and Han for coming in and getting me through another one 💪🏼

Quite similar to last Monday’s upper with a few tweaks so no video of me doing, just enjoy me once again fu***ng up an ice bath video 🤣

No sponsor today but thanks to everyone so far for donating and for showing interest in my challenge. I could’ve easily just done this and not taken the time to make content for it but I put the time in for three reasons.

1. To keep myself accountable
2. To help raise more awareness/funds for homelessness in Australia
3. To get uncomfortable in a way I didn’t think I would by scheduling all three tasks I each day and make a cool post about it (this one took over an hour).

The ironic thing about this challenge is I don’t find working out uncomfortable, I love it, and it keeps my mind clear when I know I’m training often and properly (can’t say the same for ice bath and sauna, they’re still very fu***ng uncomfortable 😅). With that being said, there are other things that have made me uncomfortable that aren’t labelled in this challenge. The big one is recording myself and posting myself on social media. Not something I like to do but know that it’s a necessary uncomfortable that will help me become more confident in myself and help grow my page/business to a wider audience. The goal is to continue to provide more content on this page beyond this challenge and to make this job and career lifelong in doing so 😌

Thanks to for their donation and support!

Trying to fit this one in today was tough… I often have small windows of 20-60 minutes throughout my day to eat, workout, etc. But it didn’t pan out that way today. Still cool to bring myself to get it done after spending about 10 hours at the gym today working. No excuses with this one, I’m getting it done!
