Another great review from one of my clients 🤜

I don't normally do reviews, mostly verbal recommendations. However, the knowledge, equipment and service with Ashayne has me speechless! For such a long time I have put off my health. Be it no time for me, as I have a young family or simply it hurts to do anything too strenuous as my feet and calves would twist and burn too much.
I attempted a few runs and gym sessions thinking I could just step back into fitness. Despite feeling proud I attempted the training, I always left in absolute agony which would exacerbate of the following days and then take time to recover.

In my first session with Shane he instantly saw that I wasn't walking correctly and he could tell something was not right in my feet. So we started from the ground up! We worked on stretching and rolling! And WOW!!! When we got back on the treadmill for another walk... NO PAIN!! I could walk! the feet and calves didn't burn! Continuing at home with stretches and 2 sessions of PT sessions with shane per week for the last 3 weeks and already he is worth his weight in gold!
I am blown away with the transformations already and I can tell that his knowledge is beyond the normal scope of a PT! I HIGHLY recommend Ashayne for your fitness journey. I can't wait to finally reach my goals with his amazing guidance. Thanks Shane Forbes already so mymuch better than my first day!!
