Tomorrow is our last Nippers of the season.
We'll have a shorter session followed by our annual presentation. Our Easter raffle will be drawn also, so make sure you have purchased tickets!

A big thank you to everyone who has already put their hand up to help at our water station — we couldn’t do it without you.

📍 Location
Grass area near the public toilets at the north end of Beach Street, by the entry to White Sands Holiday Park.

⛅ Weather
Cloudy, top of 21°C, only a 5% chance of rain.

👟 What to bring
Please wear joggers & a hat, and bring a raincoat, water bottle, snacks and a chair.
We’ll have a marquee & some chairs from 8:45am.

⏱️ There’s overlap between shifts for an easy handover.

👧 Kids welcome
If you’re bringing children, please let me know (Christine 0409 363 243). Harriet has kindly offered to help look after the kids from 9:00am–4:00pm.

Shifts & Volunteers

6:00–9:00am: Jimmy, Mike, Meg, Cat, Erica
8:45–11:45am: Michael, Michelle, Tim, Amelie, Christine, Erica
1:00–2:30pm: Christine, Mel, Bec, Harriet
2:15–5:15pm: Christine, Shane/Nicole, Bec, Siobhan, Ed
5:00–7:00pm: Christine, Bec, Ed, Siobhan

Our Easter Raffle is now in full swing!

Where can you buy tickets?
-At Nippers next week
-At the Vincentia Community Hub (Coles Shops) next Saturday morning the 21st.
-Made up booklets are available for you to sell to family & neighbours. Thanks to those families who took booklets already or purchased tickets today.

Big thank you to those families who donated items for our raffle.

We have 3 prizes, 1st, 2nd and 3rd drawn at our final session of the year. Prizes include large amounts of easter chocolate, Easter craft, books, Nippers towel hoodies and each prize includes a Personal Training Gift Voucher to OBOL Fitness thanks to Kelsey.

Yesterday our Nippers participated in Clean Up Australia Day. Our age groups worked in teams to clean up Nelson's Beach, Barfleur Beach & the Plantation Point Reserve.
A mixture of rubbish items found included: rubber thongs, plastics, cans, glass, food packaging, cigarette butts, fishing line & hooks. Let's keep our beaches & ocean clean!
