BFT Victoria Point is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to become the face of our gym and help more people transform their lives through health and fitness.
Let’s be clear… This is a sales role.
Your job is to create an incredible experience for every person who walks through our doors, build genuine relationships, and confidently guide the right people into becoming members of our community.
We’re not looking for a pushy salesperson.
We’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about people, believes in fitness, and understands that sales is simply helping people make the right decision.
This role is NOT for you if:
⁃ You don’t have sales experience
⁃ You get uncomfortable asking for the sale
⁃ You lack confidence speaking with new people
⁃ You just want a job where you can hide behind a desk
⁃ You aren’t passionate about health, fitness and personal growth
This role IS for you if:
⁃ You have proven sales experience
⁃ You love building relationships and meeting new people
⁃ You thrive on targets, goals and winning
⁃ You bring positive energy wherever you go
⁃ You genuinely want to help people become healthier, happier and more confident
