It’s been awhile but I’m making a comeback 🎉

I miss training women, making them feel good about themselves and helping you reach your goals 🩷

💜Babe army fitness is all about group fitness with the guidance of a personal trainer so you’re learning correct techniques while working out with other likeminded people too!!

My mission is for everyone to enjoy exercise and feel comfortable to workout.

Services that could be offered:
- bootcamp + coffee
- Personal training 1:1 or 2:1
- Small group training (4x people)

💪🏽Boxing, cardio, conditioning, functional

💪🏽All fitness levels & everyone welcome

I already run these fitness classes:


Wednesday 7pm Capalaba
Dance fitness in the dark - dance boxing cardio toning

Saturday morning session 7am at Vp
It’s not bootcamp style
It’s full body toning with a dance influence using dumbells and b***y bands

Babe army is more bootcamp style, + personal training or small groups

It’s with a heavy heart I am having to write this and make this hard decision

I love what I do, but the problem is Bootcamps are a dying breed.
There is hardly any left. This is because Bootcamps are casual,
Gyms are open 24/7 and there are online workouts.

My mission has always been to create a safe non judgment free space for women to enjoy exercise and be supported by likeminded others and to make new friends.

It’s a struggle to get people to turn up/ somewhat commit to attending, which makes it really hard to run this type of business, I have been doing this for 5 years.

People don’t show up, or cancel last minute
I used to turn up not knowing if anyone else was coming, or not plan anything the night before just in case - but that’s not how I want to live my life. It’s just too stressful!

When the weather warms up I will look at adding Saturdays to Redland bay shoreline
And a casual monthly bootcamp and brunch

But for now I need to protect/ work on my mental health/ fitness/ health so I can be a better person - the last few years have been a struggle with covid, my health and personal life - and this business is just adding to the stress!!!

This is not the end of babe army fitness I love what I do and I don’t want to give it up.
I run my sessions much like a personal training session, I keep numbers low so I can watch everyone’s form and I can correct. I try to educate as much as I can. You don’t get that kind of service in group fitness.
Nutrition services are also on the way 🥦

There is a lot of sickness going around …

Being sick really sucks and makes you feel like you took your health for granted !!!
Your health and well-being should be a priority not a problem !!

Eat nutritious foods, sleep and rest, take your vitamins, limit alcohol/sugar/ processed food, move your body daily, stretch, drink plenty of water, get outside in the sun and fresh air - it’s all the basic things !!!

I love what I do, but the problem is Bootcamps are a dying breed.

It’s a struggle to get people to turn up/ somewhat commit to attending, which makes it really hard to run this type of business, I have been doing this for 5 years.

Thursdays have been put on hold due to the low numbers and cold winter weather.

Sundays will continue to be casual, however if there are not 4 people confirmed by Saturday 5pm then it will not run, if I want to go away or have an event it wont be on. I used to turn up not knowing if anyone else was coming, or not plan anything the night before just in case - but that’s not how I want to live my life. It’s just too stressful!

If the session is casual it goes both ways, if you don’t commit neither do I.
Passes will be extended to 6 months but keep in mind you can use for Konga Monday and Thursday nights.

You must let me know by 5pm the day before if you’re coming- payment must be made. Just like any other appointment .

Prices will stay the same
$15 casual
$10 first session
Bring two friends your session is free.

These conditions make it hard, but is needed to keep my business running.
