Fun and Fashion

Here we go… what a fun afternoon we had at the Button Up Boutique Fashion Event in Victoria Park!

One of our wonderful FOFF members, Sarah Matthews owner of Button Up Boutique, collaborated with FOFF to bring this event to life and what a fantastic day it turned out to be. 🌸

I even had two amazing FOFF ladies modelling with me on the day. Irene and Michelle ....... and did we have some fun! Thank you so much ladies for putting yourselves out there and volunteering to model. 💕

To make things even more entertaining, the ladies attending the event selected outfits from the boutique for us to model… and not just clothing either! We were showcasing handbags, scarves and hats too 😄

A huge thank you again to Sarah Matthews for hosting such an awesome event with FOFF.

Loved every minute of it and can’t wait for the next one! 💗

FOFF recently held a wonderful joint event with Sarah Matthews, FOFF member and owner of Button Up Boutique in Victoria Park. 💕

Sarah offers a beautiful range of clothing for mature-aged women, with styles to suit all shapes, sizes and personalities.

A fantastic afternoon was had by everyone who attended ..... filled with fashion, fun and plenty of laughs.

What happens when women over the age of 45 come together to celebrate health, friendship and strength?

We recently celebrated 5 years of Females Over Forty-Five Fitness (FOFF) and what an incredible day it was.

FOFF started with just 3 members on 18th January 2021 and has grown to over 220 members now. What a journey.

65 FOFF members joined us to celebrate its 5th birthday. Looking around the room was a wonderful reminder of what FOFF has become over the past five years ........ A sisterhood.💗

FOFF is so much more than a place to exercise… it’s a community of strong, supportive and inspiring women over the age of 45 who lift each other up every day both inside the studio and outside of it.

This community is full of friendships, confidence and strength.

Enjoy this little glimpse into the FOFF community outside of the studio walls. 💗. You should see what it is like inside the studio.

If you're a woman over 45 looking for a supportive and welcoming place to exercise, this is exactly what FOFF is all about.
