💙🤍 150 Games for Rhys Bartram

This weekend, Rhys Bartram runs out for his 150th game in the blue and white.

Since joining the Roos in 2018, Rhys has been a key part of our club – a former captain, premiership player, and the leader of our backline. His composure, football smarts, and leadership have made him one of the most respected players at the club.

What started as a chat between family and coach at the time Clint Alleway, soon became one of the club’s best recruiting stories. Rhys now works at Port Elliot Physiotherapy and proudly calls Victor Harbor home.

From directing traffic down back to setting standards around the club, Rhys’ impact goes far beyond game day, with Rhys also head trainer for the clubs Women’s program. We're incredibly grateful that he chose Victor Harbor as his football home.

𝟏𝟓𝟎 𝐆𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐑𝐨𝐨𝐜𝐡! 🙌🏼

The Roos Family would like to congratulate Zac Dowling on reaching the milestone of 150 A Grade games this Saturday against Goolwa.

Making his A Grade debut as a first-year senior c**t, Zac has become one of the club's most consistent and respected players.
Since 2019, he has finished in the top five of the Best & Fairest count every season and earned multiple Best Team Man awards.
After several years in the senior leadership group, Zac was appointed A Grade Co-Captain last season and played a key role in leading the club to a premiership.

Zac has also proudly represented the GSFL at association level on multiple occasions including last Saturday in their win against Southern.

Over the past two years, he has balanced A Grade football with full-time clinical placements and his med studies, demonstrating his dedication, discipline and work ethic. Off the field, you'll likely find Zac working in a hospital or clinic across the Fleurieu Peninsula as he completes his final year of medical placement and then will officially be a Dr. 👨‍⚕️

Congratulations Rooch, and thank you for everything you have contributed to the Victor Harbor Football Club. We wish you all the best for your milestone game this weekend and look forward to many more to come 🦘 ~ Steve - VH Footy Director

Congratulations to Ashley Foote on being named Round 6 GSFL ‘Volunteer of the Week’ 👏

From Vice President to Senior Colts Coach, Auskick Coordinator, A Grade Game Day Statistician and mentor, Ash does it all for our club.

With the Senior Colts currently sitting 6-0 on top of the ladder, his hard work and dedication continue to make a huge impact both on and off the field 🙌🏼

In between all of that, he’s also a teacher, husband, dad, and the best spread sheet keeper!

A well deserved recognition for someone who gives so much to the Roos Family. Thank you Ash 🦘

Congratulations to Robert Borrillo, who will play his 100th Senior game for Victor, today Saturday against Yankalilla.

After missing a few years due to his service in the Australian Defence Force, Rob returned to home this year and is excited to be back playing with his mates.
