Requirements
• DHS Working with Children Check (WWCC).
• RRHAN-EC Training Certificate.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage all correspondence and enquiries.
• Manage administration matters for the club, including enrolments (term by term), event and facility booking requirements, facilitating Club Competition entry and participation, and communication with club members and Committee.
• Formation and dissemination of agenda and minutes for Club Committee meetings and AGM.
• Maintain accurate records of club and Committee membership and ensure compliance with privacy and confidentiality requirements.
• Provide administrative support to Committee members and coaches as required.
• Communicate effectively with club members, coaches and external stakeholders.
• Other admin tasks as required.
About You
Essential:
• Community minded with strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent customer service skills and a professional, welcoming manner.
• A problem solver with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
• Ability to work independently, multi-task and manage competing priorities.
• Attendance at all Committee meetings (4-6 per year) and the annual AGM in person (usually held at Victor Harbor or Middleton).
Desirable:
• Previous experience in administration roles, particularly in supporting a volunteer-based sporting club.
• Living within the Fleurieu community.
