* Mums and Bubs Outdoor Fun Fitness : Bring your bub or child along to the park for a play, while you get fit and have some you time. No child care fees or trying to find a sitter.

* Mobile Personal Training : I can come to you. Available in Victor Harbor and surrounding areas.

* Empower Fitness has no gym fees and no lock in contracts.
