Bicycles Victor Harbor is looking for a Bicycle Mechanic and Customer Service Specialist to join our team.
This is a permanent part time position suited to someone who enjoys working with bikes, helping customers and being part of a busy local bike shop.
The role will include bicycle servicing and repairs, bike assembly and safety checks, helping customers with bikes and accessories, managing workshop bookings and explaining repair recommendations.
We are looking for someone who is friendly, reliable, organised and mechanically capable. Previous bicycle mechanic experience is preferred, however we may also consider someone with strong mechanical ability, good customer service skills and a willingness to learn.
Hours
Minimum 15 hours per week, with additional hours available depending on seasonal demand.
Summer approximately 20 to 30 hours per week
Winter approximately 15 to 25 hours per week
The position will primarily involve weekday work. Occasional Saturday work may be required by prior arrangement. No Sunday work is required.
