Forest Kyokushin Karate Kids Kick Start Class - age 4-12 years old - 5:45pm to 6:30pm
Adults & Teenagers Class - 12 years old and above - 6:45pm - 8:15pm.

Forest Kyokushin Karate Inc is part of Matsushima Kyokushin Australia (MKA) Hanshi Gary Viccars Branch, a non-for-profit organisation, committed in teaching Kyokushin Karate to the community. Adults &teenagers Fight training 12 years and above - 9am - 11 am Saturdays mornings

Yesterday Eli, Vanessa and Veronica competed in Sydney at the Australian Nationals Championships.

They all did yourselves and our dojo very proud.

Veronica is the Australian Champion - 8 - 10yr Girls Non Contact. đŸ¥‡

Vanessa and Eli both fought hard against more experienced competitors and showed true Kyokushin spirit. Well Done đŸ¥‹

Huge shout out to Sempai Julius and Irene for being part of the official team, judging and providing first aid. These efforts ensure competitions can run. Thank you.
