When training your core/trunk , what is the objective? 🙋‍♂️
-
✅ It is to create a strong area that is capable of stabilising and holding your posture during athletic movements. Or to assist during your lifts.
——-
✅ So what is better a sit up or an exercise that will assist in improving the stabilisation of your body..... Personally I would prefer the latter, perform a movement that is functional and specific!
