2023 was one tough year with so much pain and heartache that I didn’t think I would survive . With hard work and determination and lots and lots of support we have got to the end of 2023
I’m thankful for the people that have stood by me and supported me , it’s been a rough tough year and I haven’t been the best version of myself . I will need you to stay close in 2024. I appreciate those that have stayed by my side .

Friday accountability post.
Didn’t get training done this morning so made effort to get back to gym and fit in tonight.
1) 15 mins on stair climber on level 17 ✅
2) 2 x Pilates workouts ✅
3) 100 round house kicks each leg on bag ✅
4) 50 assisted chin ups ✅
5) 100 teeps on bag ✅
6) FRIDAY ✅
