May in three words: rain, rain…RAIN 🌧️😂

Between the downpours, we managed to enjoy spectacular sunrises, breathtaking sunsets, land training sessions, benchmark testing and plenty of paddling.

Highlights included 11 of our paddlers putting their hands up for the Australian Team 🇦🇺, welcoming some new faces to the club, volunteering at GC30, seeing one of our juniors take part in the Level 1 Coaching Course and discovering that winter is definitely on its way (our frozen fingers can confirm 🥶)

While all of that was happening, the crew have also been putting in the hard yards as they continue preparing for CCWC, with plenty of work being done both on and off the water.

The rain may have dominated the forecast but it didn’t dampen the enthusiasm during off season.
