Be proud of exactly where you are.. Appreciate your body for what it can do, not what you think it can’t!! Too often we are bogged down with all the can’t do’s and forget how much we actually expect from our body.

CONSISTENCY is šŸ”‘ to maintaining your training and seeing results. Look will you may not be perfect every time but if you are consistently showing up it will become a lifestyle not a quick fix or fad!

We’ve all looked at that workout where it says ā€˜Calories Bike’ and just a little bit of 🤢🤢 comes up… But let’s talk about some of the benefits and what this Devil Bike can do to improve your fitness.

Provides great cardio conditioning by elevating your heart rate enhancing cardio endurance and stamina.

Torches calories by engaging multiple muscle groups offering a full body exercise.

It’s Low impact nature allows everyone to be able to use it. It doesn’t put pressure on the joins and is great for people returning from injury.

It’s easy to use and is great for anyone short on time, anyone can learn to use this machine.

Look you don’t need to love it, but next time you jump on think of all the benefits you’ll be getting for a small about of time!!

I wasn’t sure how it was going to work coaching online, I’m such a hands on coach and I’ve always prided myself on making sure my clients focus on quality over quantity, using cues and correcting form where necessary.. But with a little help from the crew the camera is always where it need to be to get the best vision and it’s like I’m still there in the gym šŸ¤

Ok so I’m not the NEW YEAR NEW ME kinda coach.. I’m all about consistency and adopting simple habits for daily life.. But If you’re starting to focus more on your health in 2025 I bloody love this for you..

Adopting new habits can be challenging and seem overwhelming. This is because we make soooooo many changes all at once and we tend to fall off the wagon because it’s ’too hard’. But what if I told you to start small and consistently (there’s that word again) add one new habit at a time! You can build on them each week by adding a new one and things start to fell less ā€˜hard’ and these new habits will become as easy as day to day things like brushing your teeth without feeling like your missing out on everything all at once..

So here are 6 habits to get you started.

1) Focus on 80% quality - you don’t need to be perfect all the time.
2) Get all Macros in each meal - Protein, Carbs, veggies and Fats
3) Satisfying meals will stop snacking all day - fill up on the good green stuff.
4) Drink min 3ltrs Water - this will keep you hydrated
5) Balance plate - portion sizes
6) Don’t eat on the run - sit and enjoy your meals.

You can add this list to your tool kit to make changes to your nutrition over the next 6 weeks..

After going through my own weight loss battle loosing over 50kg, I am strongly committed to helping women achieve results in a safe non judgmental, supportive environment.

MJ Personal Training is also committed to supporting the increase in general community health and wellbeing where possible through fund raising, programs or education and training.
