• TIME - 7am Workout
• FOOD - Bring a small plate, Feast after the workout, can be a bucket of KFC 🥰
• SOCIAL SATURDAY - bring your friends family, partner all are welcome 🥰
• Come have a workout, a laugh, a feed, get to know your coaches and members
