Amy is excited to help our ET dancers overcome barriers to performing their best by utilising a range of treatment modalities such as manual therapy/ massage, strength and conditioning, Pilates, exercise prescription, warm-up development, technique corrections for class, injury management and pre-pointe assessments/ programs.
