Su's Fitness Services SFS is a personal training studio suitable for all ages and fitness levels from small groups to one on one private sessions.

Su is a qualified personal trainer with ten years of experience in the industry. With a long and successful career as an athlete in running, duathlon, triathlon, road cycling, mountain biking, adventure racing, Su still trains and competes at a professional level. Su aims to encourage people to be the best they can be in their training and in their lives. SFS is a personal training studio suitable for all ages and fitness levels, offering small groups or private sessions. We also offer pilates classes twice a week with our instructor the wonderful Wanda. Kayak lessons for beginners are available all equipment supplied, booking essential.
