This week, we are offering all our Yoga and Fitness classes online for free to keep you moving, motivated, inspired and healthy.

Get the whole family involved, classes are kid friendly, beginner friendly and some low impact classes for those returning from injury or limited mobility

𝙎𝙤𝙧𝙚 𝙬𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙨 𝙖𝙛𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙗𝙤𝙭𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙘𝙡𝙖𝙨𝙨?

Technique is crucial when it comes to your boxing workout. Not only does this apply to your boxing but to all movement you perform.

𝙒𝙝𝙮?

Punching with correct technique will avoid injury. You may not feel 'sore wrists' now but repetitive strain from incorrect technique can lead to injury later on down the track.

𝙈𝙮 𝙨𝙪𝙜𝙜𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣

- Make sure you learn correct technique before you throw hard punches. Your trainer should always give you feedback on your technique. Without feedback how can you improve?

- Ask your trainer if they are qualified in boxing? This is SUPER IMPORTANT! It may surprise you but there are trainers out there who teach boxing with no certification.

- Wrap your wrists! I encourage all my participants to wrap before every class. This is an important skill I teach at the start of every boxing course. Wrapping helps support the wrists and knuckles. If you have boxed with and without them you will know the difference it makes.
