I’m Sam, a Uralla based Personal Trainer with over 12 years of experience working with female clients, helping them to build a body they love through solid strength training programs and eating a metabolic supportive diet including foods they love. I’m a busy wife and Mum of 2 spoilt dogs and 2 cats and 1 human child (a teenage daughter). I have my Cert 4 in Personal Training, qualified in pregnan
cy and Post Natal training as well as a Master Functional trainer in kettlebell / Battle Rope/ Mobility and Boxing for fitness Instructor. I’m also a qualified nutrition and sports nutrition advisor and health and Wellness Coach. I’m passionate about helping women to eat more food, build muscle, loss body fat and achieve their body composition goals in the healthiest way possible. And to become fitter and stronger, regardless of your age or circumstances and simply be the best version of yourself. I will encourage you to train hard and push your body to do things you thought you couldn’t do, to feel empowered and to feel more confident within yourself. I love teaching women how to lift and showing them how to build a healthy, strong body! . However I believe there is so much more to being “healthy” than just looking good, you should FEEL good too! I would like to show you how to break the yoyo dieting cycle by teaching you how much food you need to eat to achieve your goals. Most women want a lean toned body, but have no idea how to actually achieve it! I have a well-equipped PT studio set up at my home, where you can train in private, with a friend or in a small group. You can train with me and be assured there will be absolutely no judgement, just respect and commitment to helping you reach your goals. You will always feel welcomed and supported!! I do ask that all new clients do a 1:1 session with me first so we can get to know one another, have a chat about nutrition, do a small fitness assessment so I can see how your body moves, as well as your measurements ( if you wish) and discuss what you would like to achieve, then we will work together to form a plan to help you achieve your goals.
