There’s plenty happening across Dittmer Park, so please check out the Event Map before arriving so you know where everything is located.

Presentations will take place throughout the afternoon. Please refer to our separate Junior Presentation Day post for your age group's presentation and activity times.

⛺ 𝗧𝗘𝗔𝗠 𝗠𝗔𝗥𝗤𝗨𝗘𝗘𝗦 – 𝗙𝗜𝗘𝗟𝗗 𝟮
Teams are encouraged to make a day of it and set up together around the perimeter of Field 2.

Bring your shade structures, marquees, chairs and BBQs and create a home base for your team and families.

🚨 𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗩𝗜𝗧𝗬 𝗦𝗨𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡 – 𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗬 𝗧𝗘𝗔𝗠 𝗠𝗨𝗦𝗧 𝗛𝗘𝗟𝗣
There is a Team Activity Supervision Roster, with teams allocated a short period to supervise one of our activities.

If your team's volunteers do not turn up for their allocated time, that activity WILL BE CLOSED until we have adequate supervision.

This is about the health and safety of our kids. Please don't wait for announcements or reminders – know your team's rostered time and make sure your volunteers are there.

With a big crowd expected for our Junior Presentation Day this Sunday, parking around Dittmer Park will be limited. Please take a moment to review the attached Parking Map and plan ahead.

⚠️ 𝗜𝗠𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗧 – 𝗞𝗟𝗨𝗠𝗣𝗣 𝗥𝗢𝗔𝗗 𝗖𝗔𝗥𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗞 𝗖𝗟𝗢𝗦𝗘𝗗

The carpark on Klumpp Road behind Field 2 will be 𝗖𝗟𝗢𝗦𝗘𝗗 for parking and reserved for 𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗩𝗜𝗖𝗘 𝗩𝗘𝗛𝗜𝗖𝗟𝗘𝗦 𝗢𝗡𝗟𝗬.

You may use this area for quick drop-off, but 𝗗𝗢 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗞 𝗢𝗥 𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗩𝗘 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗩𝗘𝗛𝗜𝗖𝗟𝗘 in this area. Vehicles parked there may be towed.

🅿️ 𝗢𝗡-𝗦𝗜𝗧𝗘 𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗜𝗦 𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗬 𝗟𝗜𝗠𝗜𝗧𝗘𝗗

The main carpark at the Field 6 end of the club will be open, however there are only a limited number of spaces available.

Please 𝗗𝗢 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗞 in the Southern Cross Sports Club carpark. These spaces are required for their patrons and vehicles may be towed.

We strongly recommend everyone use the Mt Gravatt TransLink Park & Ride, directly across Klumpp Road.

There are ample parking spaces and it is only approximately a 5-minute walk to the club.

💚💛 We want Junior Presentation Day to be a fantastic experience for our players, families and volunteers. With a large number of people attending throughout the afternoon, we ask everyone to plan ahead, follow the parking arrangements and cooperate with our volunteers on the day.

A little patience and cooperation from everyone will help make the day run smoothly.

The renovations of your club continue as we continue to modernise our club, investing our members funds to ensure our members have access to the best facilities.

We’ve got more improvements coming with removal and installation of new fencing on our fields and field renovations about to kick off in the next few weeks.

While Mt Gravatt Hawks FC is not hosting this event, we are proud to support this wonderful initiative honouring the life and legacy of Garry Johnson – a true stalwart of our club and someone whose passion for football left a lasting impact on generations of players, volunteers and families.

We encourage all past and present Hawks members, friends and the wider football community to come along and celebrate Garry’s incredible contribution to the game he loved.
