At CrossFit Aftermath, it’s more than just a workout — it’s about building strong, functional movement patterns in a supportive class environment 💪

Every session is designed with quality coaching, purposeful exercises, and movements that translate into everyday life. Whether you’re lifting, jumping, carrying, or moving better overall, the focus is always on doing things well and progressing safely.

It was a fantastic weekend of CrossFit competition at the Torian Pro 2026 and these 2 athletes put in huge performances on each of their events they competed in. I'm so proud of them both and how they represented the CrossFit Aftermath crew and I couldn't be more grateful to be a part of the experience. As if becoming absolute fitness weapons wasn't incentive enough to come to the gym and train at 5am in the morning this crew was inundated with swag as well. Congratulations to Sam for winning the prized Rubber Chicken award for best workout score and to Howie, Josh, Karina, Sarah, Mark and Roberta who collected vintage Fitaid stickers, rare cotton reels with actual cotton on it and novelty autographed balloons. What a prize pack indeed! Thank you to these early birds for making it a fun and energetic class this morning. See you bright and early tomorrow but don't expect the same budget spend as I can only give away so much.
