We are a strength training gym based in Upper Mt Gravatt and we’re excited to announce that we will soon be launching a Junior Development Program right here at ZeroW Southside!
This program is designed for kids aged 10–16 years old who want to start their journey in the gym the right way. Our main focus will be teaching the foundational skills of strength training, with correct technique being the number one priority. We want to help young athletes build confidence, move safely, and develop strong habits that will set them up for long-term success in sport and training.
The program will cover:
• Fundamental movement patterns (squat, hinge, push, pull, brace)
• Proper lifting technique and gym safety
• Strength, coordination, and body awareness
• Building confidence in a supportive, positive environment
Our goal is to create a fun and structured space where kids can learn how to train correctly, feel comfortable in the gym, and develop both physically and mentally.
Spots will be limited to ensure each child gets the attention and coaching they need.
